  Does your phone have a camera? I take pictures of HK and just set them as my wallpaper. Works perfectly :)

  Additionally, if you have the correct phone and the correct data cable, you might have luck using a piece of software called BitPim.
  
  bitpim.sourceforge.net/
  
  Then you can convert any image to the right size and format for your phone, and just install it.
  
  Both my boyfriend and I have had success using it with our phones.
